彩娛行軍迅速
創業板公司彩娛集團(8022)昨突話，兩份報章《中國日報》香港版及《香港商報》於本月23日(上周五)以該公司名義刊登一篇未經證實之公布，包括於5月20日下午通過多項決議案，批准委任若干人士為新董事。
最恐怖的是，董事會澄清有關公布未經董事會授權，而所載決議案並無於本公司於上周五的公布內生效。董事會又話，執行董事吳文杯被指授權刊登該公布，但對方竟回應從未授權或參與編製該公布，乃他人盜用其名義刊發。
至於該集團董事會也有烏龍事，原來於本月20日(上周二)下午1時正左右，接獲吳文杯辭任執行董事之辭職信。不過，於當日晚上11時正左右，接獲吳文杯電郵指，無意辭任執行董事。雙方接洽後，吳文杯澄清其於當日並無提出辭任執行董事之職務，那麼豈不是兩次慘遇惡作劇？不過，董事辭任真的如此簡單？難怪今日有人用Whatsapp辭職也當平常事。
有趣的是，該集團認真快捷，當日竟即開董事會會議，委任胡世民及張鶴為執行董事，但該兩位新加盟者卻在短短4日後，齊齊辭去執董一職，跳船之快，無出其右。
間公司仲有幾亂？原來於上周二開股東周年大會，竟有93.2%的股東投反對票，不讓林焱和廖廣生分別連任執行董事和獨立非執行董事，豈知到了上周五，該股又重新委任該兩人入董事會，原來可重新「出發」。
